Bellagio Cosmetic Laboratories was established by founding director and biochemist David Brown, who apart from being medically trained is a qualified biochemist, organic chemist and microbiologist. He has, for many years researched the best combination of natural substances and the very latest scientific skin developments to incorporate into eye and face creams with the aim of formulating the best topical anti wrinkle and under eye re-hydrating treatment consistent with cutting edge modern technology.
Mr. David Brown, in his illustrious career, has been among the early researchers of protein separation (the forerunner to modern DNA separation and identification techniques) and has also recently developed and patented the Worlds first commercial use for the rare earth element thulium.
